The brief descriptions below are designed to familiarize you with our staff's training, professional credentials and work experience.

Dr. Timothy Leigh is originally from Gloucester, Virginia. His mother and father both were born and raised here. After graduating from Gloucester High School, Dr. Leigh earned his B. S. in Biochemistry from Virginia Tech.  He then graduated from the Medical College of Virginia in 1985. Upon graduation, Dr. Leigh returned to Gloucester and became an associate of his family dentist Dr. Bill Crittenden in the Gloucester Medical Building. He moved to his present location on Main Street in 1997. Dr. Leigh has been a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Peninsula Dental Society and Academy of General Dentistry for over 30 years.
Dr. Leigh's community involvement has included participating in several Mission of Mercy dental clinics, volunteering with the Gloucester-Mathews Care Clinic and participating as a charter member of the Gloucester Point Rotary Club.
Dr. Leigh is married to his wife Cathy and they have two daughters Chelsea and Morgan.
Outside of the office, Dr. Leigh enjoys playing golf, rooting for Virginia Tech and raising oysters in the North River.

Laura Hoffmann is  Dr. Leigh's Dental Assistant:  She has worked with Dr. Leigh for 13 years.  Laura is married with 2 kids and 1 dog.  On her time off she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Melissa Yard RDH is a Hygienist: She has worked with Dr. Leigh for 19 years.  Melissa enjoys hiking and camping with her family.  She is also very involved in riding and raising horses.
